The leading charity working to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s and dementia have launched their 2025 Forget Me Not Appeal.

The small blue forget-me-not badges that appear at the bottom of supermarket tills and make their way onto people’s jackets or bags, aren’t a new concept. Despite this, not enough people are aware of the meaning behind them.

Every June, Alzheimer’s Society launches a new appeal to raise awareness around the struggles of dementia. These pins act as a symbol that people living with the disease or, family members who have been affected by it, aren’t alone.

Shown here is the narrative of the three famous faces that are involved with this year’s campaign and their reasons behind wearing a forget-me-not badge.

At the beginning of this week we covered the news about the campaign, which is due to last throughout the entirety of this month, launching and the details about how you can get involved.
