Care England’s suggestions to addressing the care crisis

Care England and Hft, a leading learning disability charity, today published their annual report The Sector Pulse Check. The document details that the care crisis is worse than originally thought and can’t afford to wait until 2028 for reform. 

We covered the release of the report this morning, however Care England have created a short video summarising the key points and have even included input from those that work in the sector and experience issues first hand. Some of the major problems that require urgent attention from the government include pay, recruitment and equal representation.
