What You'll Do:

• Lead assessments and care planning for vulnerable children, families, and adults.
• Provide expert guidance and support to social workers, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
• Work closely with partner agencies to deliver integrated and effective services.
• Make a real impact, improving lives through strong leadership and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate, experienced Social Worker with leadership skills and a desire to drive change.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, case management, and multi-agency working.
• A commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• A qualified Social Worker with relevant experience within children’s or adult social care.
