We're looking for a dedicated SEND Plan Writer to join Cheshire East Council and play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with families, schools and professionals to develop high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) that accurately reflect a child's needs, aspirations and outcomes. Your attention to detail, strong written communication skills and commitment to person-centred planning will help ensure children and young people receive the support they need to thrive.
