We have an exciting role on offer within our Quality and Practice team as a Carers and Co-production Practice Development Lead.

Join us as our Carers & Co-production Practice Development Lead and help transform how Middlesbrough designs, delivers and improves Adult Social Care.

What You’ll Do: -

  • Lead our carers co-production approach across Adult Social Care.
  • Work directly with carers, community groups and people with lived experience.
  • Chair the Making It Real Board and strengthen key partnerships.
  • Turn research, insight and engagement into meaningful service improvements.
  • Influence policy, strategy and innovation across the system.

What You will Bring: -

  • Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care policy and legislation.
  • Experience of co-production, engagement, and partnership working.
  • Ability to analyse complex data/information and turn it into action.
  • A passion for collaboration, creativity and improving outcomes.
