PPMA to hold online wellbeing sessions

Two online sessions are being held this week to help those in local authorities learn more about ‘Pause Space’ and ‘Care Space’ wellbeing programmes.

The sessions are being organised by the PPMA and will take place tomorrow afternoon (21 May).

‘Pause Space’ are five and 10 minute interventions which can be delivered by non-psychologists and based on extensive work that has been done on ‘compassion practice’.

While ‘CareSpace’ can be used to support people and hopefully mitigate the risk of people developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

For more information about the sessions, contact Karen at president@ppma.org.uk
